Scalp massage

A scalp massageis first and foremost a beauty ritual that stimulates regrowth by irrigating the blood vessels and providing the hair bulb with the nutrients it needs. The result? Your hair is moisturized, shiny, healthy and above all: it stays beautiful for longer.

But that's not all: massaging the scalp is also a real moment of well-being. Notably by stimulating the many nerve endings of the scalp (nearly 600 per cm2 of skin), or the crown chakra (Sahasrara in Sanskrit), an energy point connected to the sky located at the top of the skull.

Better yet, there's nothing to stop you from giving your loved one a scalp massage for a shared ritual.

How to massage the scalp?

Simply with your fingertips, first from the forehead to the nape of the neck, then focusing on the temples with circular movements before finishing with a few acupressure points (by maintaining gentle pressure for 2 to 3 minutes).

But note that you can also massage yourself with a scalp massage brush. Our nylon fiber model with soft tips, for example, is ideal for softening and waking up your scalp while deeply relaxing you after detangling. So don't hesitate to vary the techniques to reap the most benefits.
